By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Autopedia mobile application ("App" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Privé Systems ("we," "us," "our").
Autopedia is a premium automobile encyclopedia application for Apple iOS devices. The App provides informational and reference content about luxury, exotic, super, and hyper cars, including but not limited to vehicle specifications, performance data, categorized browsing, and manufacturer branding. The App operates entirely offline and does not require an internet connection for core functionality.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's App Store Terms of Service. This license does not allow you to use the App on any device you do not own or control.

All content within Autopedia, including but not limited to text, data, graphics, logos, icons, images, user interface design, and software, is the property of Privé Systems or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Automobile manufacturer logos, brand names, model names, and associated imagery displayed in the App are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of their respective owners. These marks are used solely for informational and reference purposes under nominative fair use. Autopedia is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any automobile manufacturer.
Autopedia does not allow user-generated content. The App is a read-only reference tool with no user input capabilities beyond local preference storage (favorites and recently viewed).
Autopedia is offered as a free application. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or premium tiers. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, which would be subject to separate terms and Apple's standard in-app purchase procedures.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Vehicle specifications, pricing, and performance data are provided for general reference purposes only and should not be relied upon for purchasing, investment, or safety decisions. Always verify information directly with the vehicle manufacturer.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PRIVÉ SYSTEMS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Privé Systems and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available at this URL. By continuing to use the App after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be filed in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Privé Systems regarding the use of the App, superseding any prior agreements between you and us relating to the App.
